I have an amazing set of Colorado Prime cutlery that is over 25 years old. I paid about $2,400 when the set was new and it's become a treasured family heirloom. Bobby from ProChef NY has been maintaining my cutlery, and I am proud to say the set looks and cuts like it did they day I first it home. It's such a pleasure to have all the culinary memories that have been acquired through the years and that tradition continues because of how Bobby keeps the blades like new.

I have bought almost every knife sharpening gadget on Amazon and have been tremendously disappointed with the results. The tools do not work well, and I have to confess I don't have the time to do it anyway. Instead, I've been buying new knives when my old ones get dull. 

Enter ProChef NY. My neighbor had the truck come about five years ago, and I brought my knives over for a sharpening. Now I'm a ProChef NY customer for life! It's just so inexpensive for the quality of service you get that it's a no-brainer to me, and I love cooking in the kitchen even more.

The Sharp Knives are Great, but the Customer Service is Sharper!

As a chef and butcher, I know the importance of not having dull knives, but I am always struggling to find free time. Meredith is great at finding a suitable schedule for the truck to come, and she even calls me every few months if she doesn't hear from me. Thanks to ProChef Sharpening Our Yard Tools, My "Honey Do" List is Getting Bigger!

I am a little bit of an environmentalist, and if I can help save the ozone layer by using a manual lawnmower, I'm all in. I canceled our lawn service and bought my husband a manual lawnmower. He doesn't exactly share my passion for manual mowing, but it's still on his "HoneyDo" list.
